Whether you are planning a wedding or a family reunion, The Bldg 178 is the obvious choice to have your all day event! Let's talk about what's included!

We now offer half day weddings/ open houses.
This 7 hour package deal includes all of the following:
These events do require you to set up and take down your things within a given time slot to allow for our team to clean and set up in time for the next event.
The time slots available are 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm

This package is perfect for the quick and simple bride and groom. The four hour time slot includes the time given to decorate and clean up. The package includes:
*No kitchen access or food service allowed without add-on
$40/hour - $60/hour
Dinners, classes, reunions, funerals, missionary call openings, birthdays, open houses, showers - you name it! The Bldg 178 is just what you need! This package will give you access to our main hall, serving area, 3 bathrooms, and minor kitchen use (add on warming stoves for $10/hour).

These events include a set up and take down for up to 56 guests. Any other add on needs or questions will be answered as you start your booking process.
Table Coverings
Table coverings (plastic or cloth) are required. We put on white plastic for $1.75 each table or luxurious white cloth for $6 each (minimum of 4 tables). Please let us know if you will be providing the coverings or would like to have them added on.
The Bldg 178 is the perfect spot for your next family, product, or school dance photoshoot. With access to our main hall and stairways, the perfect backdrops are everywhere you look!

We offer a variety of room rentals for $25.00/hour. Here are our options:
Nursery Room- Perfect for a party or playdate, our nursery room is the perfect space for up to 15 children. With access to our toys, books, tv, and private bathroom, this might be the option for you.
Conference Room- With space to fit up to 10 people and access to our tv, this room might be the right option for your small gathering. Book it now for your next meeting, dinner, document signing, karaoke party, family meetings, and more!
Additional Private Room- We also offer a private room the perfect size for massage therapy, aesthetician appointments, etc.. Call,text, or email for arrangements and quotes.
