All Day Event
$1200
Whether you are planning a wedding or a family reunion, The Bldg 178 is the obvious choice to have your all day event! Let's talk about what's included!
- Access to 5 bathrooms, nursery, groom's/sitting room, bride's room with grand entrance stairs, our warming kitchen, serving area, and of course our beautiful main hall
- 10 tables
- 80 chairs
- 3 accent tables for decorations (more available)
- More tables and chairs available to add on, up to 150
- Set up and take down of tables and chairs
- Sound system-- PA. cordless mic
- Table cloths and chair coverings (optional) - Add $150
- Access from 12am to 12am AND the night before to take stress off decorating (Subject to no events conflicting)
Half Day Event
$750
We now offer half day weddings/ open houses.
This 7 hour package deal includes all of the following:
- Access to 5 bathrooms, nursery, groom's/sitting room, bride's room with grand entrance stairs, our warming kitchen, serving area, and of course our beautiful main hall
- 10 tables
- 80 chairs
- Set up and take down of tables and chairs
- Sound system
These events do require you to set up and take down your things within a given time slot to allow for our team to clean and set up in time for the next event.
The time slots available are 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm
4 Hour Ceremony
$300
This package is perfect for the quick and simple bride and groom. The four hour time slot includes the time given to decorate and clean up. The package includes:
- 80 chairs
- Set up and take down of chairs
- Main Hall
- Nursery
- Bride Room
- Groom Room
- 5 bathrooms
- Sound system
*No kitchen access or food service allowed without add-on
Brunch 10:30am- Noon
After the Gunnison City Park activity
Featuring:
