All Day Event

$275 deposit ($200 refundable)
Whether you are planning a wedding or a family reunion, The Bldg 178 is the obvious choice to have your all day event! Let's talk about what's included!
- Access to 5 bathrooms, nursery, groom's/sitting room, bride's room with grand entrance stairs, our warming kitchen, serving area, and of course our beautiful main hall
- Set up and take down of tables and chairs
- 10 tables
- 100 chairs
- More tables and chairs available to add on, up to 150
INCLUDED
- Table cloths and chair coverings on upon arrival
- 3 accent tables for decorations (more available)
- Wooden backdrops
- Sound system-- PA. cordless mic
- Access from 12am to 12am AND the night before to take stress off decorating (Subject to no events previously scheduled)
Half Day Event
$850
$275 deposit ($200 refundable)
We now offer half day weddings/ open houses.
This 7 hour package deal includes all of the following:
- Access to 5 bathrooms, nursery, groom's/sitting room, bride's room with grand entrance stairs, our warming kitchen, serving area, and of course our beautiful main hall
- 10 tables
- 100 chairs
- Table and chair linens included and put on
- Set up and take down of tables and chairs
- Sound system
These events do require you to set up and take down your things within a given time slot to allow for our team to clean and set up in time for the next event.
The time slots available are 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm
4 Hour Ceremony
$400
$75 refundable deposit
This package is perfect for the quick and simple bride and groom. The four hour time slot includes the time given to decorate and clean up. The package includes:
- 80 chairs (with chair covers)
- Set up and take down of chairs
- Main Hall
- Nursery
- Bride Room
- Groom Room
- 5 bathrooms
- Sound system
*No kitchen access or food service allowed with this package*
Optional Add-Ons
Set up help - $20/person/hour
Hostess - $20/hour
Promotion - $5
Alcohol Service - $125 added to deposit
Additional chairs with covers - $1/seat
