The owner has gone to great lengths to maintain some of the original workmanship of this building. Amazingly refurbished hardwood floors as well as parts of the old building being incorporated into the new design of the kitchen and bathrooms. I especially enjoy the incorporation of the original brickwork which has been left exposed to show some of the original architecture. I appreciate how the building has been designed so a portion of the building can be used as office space while not taking away from the remaining space to be used for gatherings

Our family has been to The Bldg. for several family functions. When Kaylee and Jake got married, we had a lovely reception there. The Bldg. had plenty of room for eating, dancing, and just hanging out with family and friends. We have also had several Christmas parties at this location. Christmas trees with presents, music, piano, and lots of great food made the parties extra festive. If you need a large space for a gathering, you will be very satisfied if you book The Bldg. 178.

The building is the best place for any and every kind of event! It’s not only for weddings but for family parties, or business events. The great hall is big, beautiful, and spacious. The building is modern, but also vintage so it can accommodate any aesthetic you’re looking for. 10/10 would recommend!
